Shipping & Returns

Will my order require a signature?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship overseas?
Currently Watling Hope Direct can only ship to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

I missed my delivery?
If you miss your delivery then the courier company will leave a card with details of when they tried to deliver the parcel. This card will also contain the courier companies telephone number and reference number so that you can call them to arrange a collection or re-delivery.

Can I track my order?
We send all orders out by 2-3 day delivery service, next day and timed deliveries are available upon request. Orders can only be tracked upon delivery and proof of delivery can be requested at any time.

Do you deliver at the weekends?
We offer a Saturday AM delivery service, though there is a £15 surcharge for this service.

I selected next day delivery but my order hasn't arrived?
Our next day delivery service is a next working day delivery service and does not include weekends or public holidays. You should also be aware that we have a 3pm cut off time for next day deliveries. Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for this service otherwise they will miss our couriers collection times. If an order is placed after 3pm, it will be shipped the following day.
