The FloodBox is an easy to use and quick to deploy float operated pump pre-fitted into a plastic crate complete with a 12.5m lay-flat fire hose. Simply position the crate into the flooded area (or the area you think may flood), connect the lay-flat hose, run it to wherever you can discharge to and plug the pump into a mains supply or generator.

As the water level rises and reaches the pump-mounted float arm the pump will activate and discharge the flood-water through the lay-flat hose at a rate of 3 litres per second. As soon as the level falls the pump will switch off again thus saving power and preventing the pump pumping dry.

With equipment of this nature quality and reliability are essential. The pump used in the FloodBox is manufactured in Germany by one of the country's leading pump companies. The unit's heavy duty design provides reliability when you need it with a solids handling size of up to 20mm so it can cope with silt etc.
