Grease Traps & Dosing Systems from Watling Hope

Our entry level grease trap is manufactured in high-grade type 304 stainless steel and is suitable for smaller commercial kitchens or large domestic kitchens.

Installed typically on the discharge to the potwash sink the WH05 intercepts the fat, oil and grease and stores in a central chamber where it remains until it is emptied via maintenance staff or a service engineer.

Featuring a removable mesh filter basket the WH05 traps grease and also food particles allowing oil and sediment free effluent to pass on to the drainage system.

To prolong periods between emptying the trap we recommend installing a BIOACTIVE automatic dosing unit to treat the collected grease in the trap.
