Standard – Grease Goblin DTS
Low to medium output restaurants
BioFluid containing grease digesting microorganisms is injected into the drain-line at pre-programmed intervals. The enzymes and bacteria within the fluid latch onto and degrade grease particles thereby controlling grease and odours.
Advanced – Grease Guzzler®
Medium to high output restaurants
Here the delivery system ‘prepares’ the microorganisms before dosing. This is conducted by incubating a small amount of microorganisms in a mixing tank filled with water. The process of incubation causes the bacteria to both activate and reproduce thereby creating a large volume of fluid containing microorganisms in optimum condition for grease degradation. This process of ‘preactivation’ is patented and unique to the Grease Guzzler®. |
