The GTSM120 120 litre stainless steel grease-trap is manufactured in high-grade type 304 stainless steel and is suitable for medium sized commercial kitchens.

Installed typically on the discharge to the potwash sink the GTSM120 grease trap intercepts fat, oil and grease which is held in a central chamber where it remains until emptied by maintenance staff or a service engineer.
Featuring a removable mesh filter basket the GTSM120 traps grease and also food particles allowing oil and sediment free effluent to pass on to the drainage system.
To prolong periods between emptying the trap we recommend installing a BIOACTIVE automatic dosing unit to treat the collected grease in the trap.
