Our entry level sediment trap is manufactured in high-grade type 304 stainless steel and is suitable as a grease trap for very small kitchens (such as a B&B) or as a food sediment trap.
As a sediment trap it is commonly used on

- Food servery counters
- Prep sinks
The GTS05 features a removable mesh filter basket which traps grease and also food particles allowing oil and sediment free effluent to pass on to the drainage system.
